Statutory Compliance & Filings
• Ensure timely compliance under key labour laws: PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour Act, and Shops & Establishments Act.
• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns and challans across applicable acts.
• Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and display notices as required.
Client Compliance Management
• Manage end-to-end compliance calendar for assigned client accounts and ensure zero-default on due dates.
• Coordinate with clients for data collection, documentation, and compliance inputs on a regular basis.
• Prepare compliance trackers, MIS dashboards, and monthly status reports for client review.
Documentation & Liaison
• Liaise with PF, ESIC, Labour Department, and other government authorities on behalf of clients.
Maintain client-wise compliance documentation, licence renewals (Factory Licence, S&E, CLRA), and records.
