Statutory Compliances.

·       Preparation leave and attendance reports

·       Preparation of full and final settlement of employees.

·       Guiding employee on PF, ESI, and Gratuity and superannuation process.

·       Visit to labour offices, PF, ESI etc. as and when required.

·       Renewal of licenses for the hospital, maintain updated statutory registers.
