Job Description

Prepare and file all statutory MCA forms such as AOC‑4, MGT‑7/MGT‑7A, PAS‑3, ADT‑1, DIR‑3 KYC, CHG filings, etc.

• Monitor compliance calendars and ensure timely adherence to all due dates.

• Draft resolutions, board minutes, AGM minutes, notices, and related documentation. • Maintain statutory registers, minute books, share certificates, and related records.

• Assist with company and LLP incorporations, DIN applications, amendments, charge modifications, and share allotments.

• Liaise with MCA/ROC authorities for submissions, approvals, and clarifications.

Coordinate with partners and internal teams to maintain complete and accurate compliance records.
