Key Responsibilities Drive Coe (Centre of Excellence) for CV Collections: Providing insights to the loss recovery team on available information of the financial status and property details of the parties to the agreement from the existing CAM. Audit and compliance – Updating process and policy as per regulatory. To ensure the process implementation. Ensure 100% compliance with RBI Fair Practices Code, regulatory norms, audit. Direction Key Focus Area Efforts Outcomes Expected Centre of Excellence (CoE) Customer Intelligence Centralized data enrichment (asset, borrower behaviour, segmentation) Faster recovery in deep buckets providing sharper insights to the recovery team. Audit & Compliance Governance Process standardization, audit tracking, regulatory alignment. Zero audit deviations and full compliance with regulatory norms
