Job Title: Collection Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage customer payment collections, follow up on outstanding dues, and maintain regular communication with leads and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to ensure timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers to follow up on pending payments and overdue invoices.

• Follow up with new and existing leads via phone calls.

• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding payment schedules.

• Record all customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

• Resolve basic customer queries related to payments and coordinate with internal teams when required.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on collections, outstanding payments, and lead follow-ups.

• Escalate unresolved payment issues to the concerned department.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Experience with CRM software is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in collections, telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
