Job Description

Tele Collections Executive — Bommanahalli, Bangalore

About the role

We are hiring a Tele Collections Executive to call customers with overdue Personal and Business Loans, follow up on EMI payments, and help recover payments.

Key responsibilities

Make inbound and outbound collection calls.

Follow up for pending EMI payments and get commitments.

Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues.

Record calls and payment promises in the CRM.

Work with field teams and backend teams to close accounts.

Follow company rules and quality standards.

Handle customer queries and escalations politely.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Who should apply

6 months to 2 years experience in collections or customer service (NBFC/BFSI preferred).

Good English and Hindi speaking skills.

Knowledge of regional language is a plus.

Strong negotiation and problem solving.

Basic CRM and MS Office skills.

Graduate in any stream.

Age below 30 years.
