Educate customers about payment options and the consequences of delayed payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities in the system.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Identify high-risk accounts and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries related to loan accounts.
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, banking regulations, and applicable laws.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
