Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and smart professional to lead payment recovery operations, handle client interactions, and ensure smooth cash flow management. The role involves follow-ups, client visits when required, and strong coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to improve collections & reduce outstanding balances

• Negotiate repayment terms and resolve client queries effectively

• Evaluate credit risks & monitor customer master data

• Prepare, analyze & maintain collection/recovery reports

• Ensure timely invoicing, reconciliation, and compliance with audits

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for smoother payment processes
