Job Role & Responsibilities :

Collection / Due Reminder Process (India First)

Calling customers for premium due reminders

Guiding customers about importance of insurance policy renewal

Explaining policy benefits and late payment impact

Assisting customers with payment process

Maintaining proper call records in system

Achieving daily call & collection targets

Education: HSC (12th) Pass or above

Experience: Min. 6 months in Telecalling / BPO

SALARY & PERKS

Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 Net (Based on your experience)

Timings: • 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational Day Off ( Sunday is working day)
