Collection Executive

We are hiring for Tele collection executive

Job Role:

• Follow up with customers for pending payments

• Visit clients or make calls to collect dues as per company policy

• Maintain daily collection records and update the system regularly

• Resolve payment-related queries from customers

• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment reconciliation

• Ensure timely collection to meet targets

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduation preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in collections, tele-collections, or recovery (field or telephonic)

• Good communication skills in [languages required, e.g., Hindi, English, Kannada]

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
