Collection Executive

Job Role:
We are hiring experienced Tele Collection Executives for Personal Loan collections. Candidates must have hands-on experience in FF (Front Flow) and Bucket 1 collections and be comfortable handling customer interactions over calls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue Personal Loan payments
• Handle FF & Bucket 1 collection accounts through telecalling
• Follow up with customers for timely repayment and payment commitments
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts professionally
• Maintain collection efficiency and achieve assigned recovery targets
• Update customer conversations, payment commitments, and collection status in the system
• Address customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and collection guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:
• Mandatory experience in FF & Bucket 1 Collections (Personal Loans)
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities
• Ability to achieve collection and productivity targets
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM/system handling skills
• HSC / Graduate candidates can apply
