Position-Executive -Payment Collection

Qualification- B.com

Experience-0-1 (Fresher can apply)

Candidate must have good writing and communication skill,

Knowledge of Tally, Ms Excel, must have basic computer knowledge.

Duties and responsibilities

Follow up for pending payments from Sales Team & customer.

Interact with customers, get feedback, and communicate the same to Reporting Manager.

Keep tracking outstanding payments.

Contact Salespersons and customers regarding payments.

Update payment status and database regularly.

Work closely with team members to create ways to bring in revenue and find success as a group
