Salary Range: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month + ₹10,000 incentive (performance-based)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Collection Executive with excellent communication skills in Hindi ,English and any other reginal language to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of payments. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, and field visits for payment follow-ups.

• Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to verify customer details.

• Achieve monthly collection targets and report on pending recoveries.

• Handle customer queries and provide payment-related assistance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluent in;all language Good English communication (verbal & written).

• Experience in collections, recovery, or tele calling (preferred but freshers may apply).

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and accounting software is a plus.
