Collection Executive

Job Summary:
Responsible for handling calls to customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment terms, and ensuring timely collections—all from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers to recover outstanding dues

• Maintain polite but firm communication

• Update daily collection reports and CRM

• Coordinate with accounts and legal teams if needed

• Escalate high-risk cases appropriately

Requirements:

• 12th pass or graduate

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Basic computer and Excel knowledge

• Prior experience in debt recovery/telecalling preferred

• Target-oriented and disciplined
