• Develop and implement robust collection strategies for various loan products.

• Monitor delinquent accounts and identify potential risks.

• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and company policies related to collections.

• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with borrowers.

• Minimize NPAs and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Drive team performance through training and e ective supervision.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collection agents to achieve targeted recovery goals. Coordinate with legal teams for recovery, settlements, and recovery escalation procedures. Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance and recovery analytics. Collaborate with other departments like credit and operations to streamline collection processes
