Collection Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tele Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in payment collection and customer follow-up and work experience in Tally

Key Responsibilities:

1.Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up.

2.Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

3.Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up status.

4.Handle customer queries related to payment issues.

5.Coordinate with internal departments for account reconciliation.

6.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

7.Provide regular reports on collection status.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in payment collection and tele calling.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.

4. Basic computer and Tally software knowledge.

5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
