Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tele Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in payment collection and customer follow-up. Experience in Tally Software

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up.

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up status.

• Handle customer queries related to payment issues.

• Coordinate with internal departments for account reconciliation.

  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in payment collection and tele calling.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
