We are looking for an Tele Collection Executive to join our team at Optizenith Global Solutions Pvt Ltd. Candidates having Tamil, Telgu and Kannada language can apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle outbound collection calls for assigned customer accounts.
Manage Bucket 0, Bucket 1, and Bucket 2 delinquency cases effectively.
Generate quality Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments from customers.
Ensure maximum conversion of PTP commitments into successful collections.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to achieve monthly collection targets.
Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining customer relationships.
Update customer interactions and collection status accurately in the CRM/system.
Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and company collection policies.
Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and collection KPIs
Mandatory Eligibility
DRA Certification is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of collections experience after obtaining DRA Certification.
Experience in handling Bucket 0, Bucket 1 & Bucket 2 portfolios.
Strong experience in:
PTP Generation
PTP Conversion
Customer Follow-ups
Collections Recovery
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work towards collection targets in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month
