Job Title: Collection / Credit Controller

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Age Preference: 25–30 Years

Industry Preference: Travel / Travel Management

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up with corporate clients for pending travel payments.
Track outstanding invoices, customer accounts, and overdue payments.
Prepare ageing reports and collection bucket reports.
Reconcile payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for payment updates.
Maintain accurate collection records and prepare MIS reports.
Achieve monthly collection targets.

Required Skills:

3–4 years of experience in Collections, Credit Control, or Accounts Receivable.
Strong knowledge of ageing reports and collection buckets.
Good MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
Excellent follow-up, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Travel industry experience will be preferred.
