Accounts Receivable Manager – Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing, collections, and accurate recording of receivables
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies
Conduct client and site visits to resolve payment issues (mandatory)
Reconcile customer accounts and manage DSO effectively
Forecast collections and support financial planning
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and internal accounting controls
Handle loss/damage cases of rental equipment
Prepare AR reports and coordinate with Sales and internal teams
Supervise AR staff and ensure collection targets are met
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
2+ years of AR or billing experience with management exposure
