We are looking for Collection Executive position for Melcan Food Ventures P Limited.
Collection Executive is responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from customers, maintaining accurate records of receivables.
Follow-up with customers for outstanding payments through calls and visits.
Maintain daily collection reports and update payment status in company records.
Co-ordinate with the Accounts team for invoice verification and payment reconciliation.
Ensure collections are made as per agreed credit terms.
Deposit collected cash/ cheques into the Bank and submit proof of accounts.
Maintain proper documentation related to collections and receipts.
To provide necessary collection reports as and when necessary.
