Job Summary:

HG Graphics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive (Female) to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a commerce background and a basic knowledge of accounting, as well as proficiency in email communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments via email

• Maintain accurate records of collections and communication

• Update payment status in Tally and Excel sheets

• Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation

• Handle basic accounting tasks and documentation

• Respond to client queries professionally via Gmail and Outlook

Skills Required:

• Basic Tally

• Knowledge of Outlook and Gmail

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Attention to detail and organized working style.
