Job Description – Collection Executive (Personal Loan / Payday Loan)

Position: Collection Executive
Department: Collections

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers for overdue Personal Loan and Payday Loan repayments.
Make collection calls and send payment reminders through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer payment issues.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Escalate delinquent accounts as per company policy.
Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates and account resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collections.
