Job Title: Collection Executive

Reports To: Collection Manager
Age : upto 32
Experience : 2 to 3.5 years
Job Purpose:
The Collection Executive is responsible for managing and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from customers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the organization’s cash flow objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to collect overdue payments.
• Maintain and update customer accounts in the system with payment status.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams / Cross functional teams to reconcile accounts.
• Prepare daily/weekly collection reports and share with Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during collection activities.
• Escalate chronic defaulters to the manager for further action
