Collection Executive

We are looking for a COLLECTION EXECUTIVE to join our clients team SWASTIK CORPORATION. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary Rs.20,000/- and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibility:

The Primary function is to coordinating the debts of existing creditors and deciding, whether to allow further credit to a debtor.

In coordination with Accounts dept, to handle the collection of payments and the resolution of account queries, and issuing credit notes.

To manage the debt recovery, which if a customer has paid late or missed payments could involve stopping the services or undertaking the suitable actions.

To maintain close links with the respective accounts departments to ensure smooth running of accounts and achieve timely recovery of payments.

Setting up the terms and condition of credits.

Timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments.

Negotiating of repayment plans.

Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.

Resolving queries both internally and externally of outstanding invoices.

Reports to the Management:

Providing accounts information to internal departments.

Providing debtors details on weekly basis to the management.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification ANY GRADUATE and Experience Range 1-2 YEARS Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
