Job Title: Field Collection Agent – Loan Recovery

Salary: Rs12,000 – 15,000 + incentive / Month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Field Collection Agent for loan recovery operations in the Lucknow area. The agent will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on overdue payments, recovering loan amounts, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit borrowers' residences or business premises for repayment follow-ups.

• Collect pending EMIs or full settlement amounts for personal loans, microloans, or business loans.

• Educate customers on repayment terms and negotiate repayment schedules when required.

• Maintain daily collection reports and update recovery status in the system.

• Coordinate with the recovery and legal teams for escalated cases.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines during field recovery work.

• Handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity immediately to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Experience: 1–3 years in field collections, preferably in loan recovery for NBFCs, banks, or microfinance institutions.

• Language Skills: Proficient in Hindi; Basic English and local dialects of UP are a plus.

• Other Requirements:

  • Should have a valid two-wheeler and driving license.

  • Familiar with Lucknow and surrounding areas.

  • Good negotiation and communication skills.

  • Physically fit and able to work in the field daily.
