Collection Executive

We are looking for a DRA Certified Collections Officer to join our team QConnect.

Job Description

Work Profile:

• Handle loan collections for ICICI HFC, BOB, Axis Bank, HSBC, TCHFL

• Call customers for EMI/loan recovery

• Keep daily records of follow-ups and payments

• Meet monthly collection targets

• Follow DRA and RBI guidelines

Requirements:

• Must have DRA certificate

• 12th pass or graduate

• 6 months+ experience in collections (on paper)

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of loans and recovery

Languages Known (Any One or More):

• Tamil

• Telugu

• Malayalam

• Gujarati

• Kannada

Job Details:

• Rotational day shift

• Rotational weekly off

• Work with top banks and finance companies
