Billing And Collection Executive
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, verify, and issue invoices to domestic clients accurately and on time.
Monitor accounts receivable and maintain regular follow-ups for timely payment collection.
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client queries related to invoices or payments.
Maintain and update billing records, payment statuses, and client account information.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, sales) to resolve issues impacting billing or collections.
Prepare periodic reports on billing status, collections performance, and pending dues.
Support process improvement initiatives for billing and collection efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or related finance functions
Strong understanding of billing processes and payment cycles for domestic clients.
Salary: 25000 to 28000 Rs in Hand
