Collection Executive

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (Ledger, Journal, Cash Book).

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly.

• Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.

• Support in preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Ensure vendor payments and customer collections are done on time.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

• Maintain petty cash and expense tracking.

• Use accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks).
