Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers through calls, or messages to remind them about pending payments.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
Coordinate with the accounts and finance team to update payment status.
Maintain professional and positive communication with customers during the collection process
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection regulations.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th ,12th and good communication with fluent Hindi and English .Additional certification (DRA certification) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of Collection process.
