Job Description — Collection Executive

Location: Badlapur West
Employment Type: Full-time, office-based
Reporting To: Team Leader / Operations Manager

About the Company

Atlas Collection Services is a collection agency supporting financial services clients with customer follow-ups, EMI collections and overdue payment resolution. We focus on professional communication, accurate records and respectful customer handling.

Role Overview

We are looking for Collection Executives to contact customers regarding pending EMIs and overdue payments, understand reasons for delays and follow up on payment commitments. The role requires clear communication, consistent follow-ups and responsible handling of customer information.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers regarding pending EMIs, overdue amounts and applicable charges using approved scripts.

• Understand payment delays and encourage timely payment through authorised payment channels.

• Record call outcomes, customer responses, payment commitments and follow-up dates accurately in the CRM.

• Follow up on promises to pay and confirm payment status through approved systems.

• Work towards assigned collection targets while maintaining call quality and professional conduct.

• Escalate disputes, complaints, payment discrepancies and waiver requests to the Team Leader.

• Attend daily briefings, training sessions and performance reviews.

• Protect customer information and follow company policies and client-approved collection procedures.

• Communicate respectfully without threats, abusive language or misleading commitments.

Eligibility and Skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are welcome.

• Freshers may apply; experience in collections, telecalling, customer service or financial services is preferred.

• Good communication in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge, including data entry, Excel and CRM use.

• Good listening, negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Ability to handle challenging conversations calmly and work towards targets.

Performance Expectations

Performance will be assessed on collection results, follow-up completion, payment commitments fulfilled, record accuracy, attendance and adherence to approved processes.

Salary and Incentives

Salary will be based on experience and interview assessment. Performance incentives will be as per company policy.
