Candidates must follow RBI-compliant recovery practices and achieve assigned monthly targets.

Eligibility:

SSLC / PUC / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).

Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, or regional languages.

Prior experience in collections or BPO is an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills required.
