Collection Executive

Job Title: Call Collection Executive
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Department: Collections / Operations
Reporting To: Team Leader / Collection Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Call Collection Executive to manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone calls to remind them of overdue payments.

• Follow up with customers and negotiate repayment plans.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues and payments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

• Achieve assigned collection targets and productivity goals.

• Escalate complex cases to the concerned team or manager when required.

• Update collection status in the CRM/system on a daily basis.

• Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account reconciliation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections, Telecalling, Recovery, or Customer Support.

• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or BPO collections is preferred.

• Hindi language is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
