Global Claims Finance Executive The Finance Executive – Claims will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of claims payments, credit notes, and related financial transactions in SAP NFTP. The role will support end-to-end claims finance operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, approval matrices, and internal controls while maintaining high service levels to internal and external stakeholders. Position Title :Global Claims Finance Executive Department :Global Finance – Claims Finance Location :Mumbai, India Job Purpose:- The Finance Executive – Claims will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of claims payments, credit notes, and related financial transactions in SAP NFTP. The role will support end-to-end claims finance operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, approval matrices, and internal controls while maintaining high service levels to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:- Process claims payments and settlements in SAP NFTP. Review and validate payment requests, supporting documentation, and approvals before processing. Create and monitor payment transactions, credit notes, and recovery-related postings. Ensure compliance with Global Approval Matrix (GAM), SOPs, and financial controls. Coordinate with Claims Handlers, Customer Experience teams, and other stakeholders to resolve payment-related queries. Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely closure of claims finance activities. Support month-end closing, reconciliations, reporting, and audit requirements. Maintain accuracy of financial records and documentation. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline. Experience in claims finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance claims, or similar finance operations is preferred. Knowledge of SAP is required; experience with SAP NFTP will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Experience:- 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, claims processing, or payment processing preferred. Exposure to claims management, settlements, recoveries, or shared service finance environments. Understanding of financial controls, compliance requirements, and audit readiness. This position is critical to ensuring continuity of claims finance operations, timely processing of claims payments, adherence to financial controls, and uninterrupted support to global claims teams. The role directly contributes to service delivery, compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
