Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the organization's financial operations, taxation, compliance, auditing, and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in auditing, TDS compliance, financial reporting, and regulatory adherence.

Salary

₹8,00,000 – ₹8,50,000 per annum (CTC)

Experience Required

0–1 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Financial Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee the company's accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities.

2. Conduct internal audits and coordinate statutory, tax, and external audits.

3. Ensure timely deduction, deposit, reconciliation, and filing of TDS returns.

4. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

5. Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.

6. Handle tax assessments, notices, and correspondence with regulatory authorities.

7. Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

8. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

9. Identify financial risks and recommend process improvements and cost-control measures.

10. Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

• Strong knowledge of Auditing, TDS, GST, Taxation, and Financial Compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally, ERP Systems, MS Excel, and Accounting Software.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or corporate finance environments.

• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and financial controls.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
