Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance
and accounts function in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should
have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, auditing, financial planning,
payroll, costing, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting operations, including General Ledger, journal
entries, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Oversee monthly and annual financial finalisation and preparation of
financial statements.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and
payroll.
- Handle statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and coordination with
auditors.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
- Prepare and analyse MIS reports, profitability, and budget-versus-actual
performance.
- Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, fixed assets, and
import/landed-cost accounting.
- Monitor vendor payments, customer outstanding, bank reconciliations, and
ledger scrutiny.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and improve accounting processes.
- Lead the finance and accounts team and provide financial insights to
management.

Required Skills & Experience
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, payroll,
costing, and MIS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
