We are looking for a qualified and proactive Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the accounting, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial planning for multiple group companies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliances, audits, and financial management. The candidate will work closely with management to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance across all entities.
## Key Responsibilities
### Accounting & Financial Management
• Oversee end-to-end accounting for multiple companies.
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and ledger reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and working capital.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
### Taxation
• Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations, and assessments.
• Handle Income Tax compliance, tax planning, and return filing.
• Ensure timely deduction and filing of TDS/TCS returns.
• Coordinate with tax authorities for notices, assessments, and appeals.
### Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Coordinate ROC filings and statutory documentation.
• Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax auditors.
• Maintain compliance calendars for all group companies.
### Audit & Internal Controls
• Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Develop and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws.
### Financial Planning & Reporting
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Assist management in strategic financial planning.
• Analyze business performance and recommend cost optimization measures.
### Banking & Treasury
• Manage banking relationships and credit facilities.
• Handle fund management, loan documentation, and banking compliance.
• Review payment approvals and treasury operations.
### Team Coordination
• Supervise accounting staff across multiple companies.
• Review financial records and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with consultants, CS, legal advisors, and external stakeholders.
## Required Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified.
• 3–8 years of post-qualification experience (preferred).
• Experience in handling multiple companies or group entities.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and ROC compliances.
• Experience in audits and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems (knowledge of Zoho Books or other ERP software is an added advantage).
