Chartered Accountant

Job Title: Cost Assistant (CA/CMA Fresher)

Responsibilities:

1. Cost Audits:

- Conducting thorough cost audits, analyzing structures, and identifying variances.

- Collaborating with departments to investigate and report on standard cost discrepancies.

- Providing insights and recommendations for cost-saving areas.

2. MIS Reporting:

- Generating and maintaining accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports.

- Analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support strategic planning.

3. Compliance and Process Improvement:

- Staying updated on regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with cost accounting standards.

- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance and internal control procedures.

- Continuously evaluating existing processes and suggesting improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
