Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management
Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and income
Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, etc.)
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and ledger maintenance
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Manage invoices, payments, and collections
Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients
Ensure timely vendor payments
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
Analyze financial performance against budgets
Provide insights for cost control and profitability
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
Coordinate with auditors and handle audits
