Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling audits, taxation, financial reporting, and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting standards and tax laws, and a proactive client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for clients.

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

• Handle direct and indirect tax compliances, including income tax and GST filings.

• Provide financial analysis and advisory to clients on business decisions.

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Represent clients before tax and regulatory authorities when required.

• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver quality client service.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

• [0–3 / 3+ / 5+] years of post-qualification experience (customize as per requirement).

• In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Income Tax Act, GST, and Companies Act.

• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Busy) and MS Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Exposure to international accounting/taxation (IFRS, US GAAP, etc.)

• Experience in working with clients from sectors like manufacturing, IT, real estate, etc.

• Knowledge of audit tools or ERP systems (SAP, etc.)
