Chartered Accountant

• Prepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.

• Handle statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and liaise with auditors.

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliances (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).

• Monitor and ensure timely filing of returns and statutory payments.

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operational and financial planning.

• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, and banking.

• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with banks for working capital, term loans, and other financial matters.

• Support in financial decision-making, cost control, and process improvements.

• Oversee inventory accounting and costing at the manufacturing unit.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

• experience in funding

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance.

• Proficient in Busy software.
