Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with Cooperative Society Acts. Multi-State Cooperative Society laws, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Handle audits (internal, statutory, tax) and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Manage taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxes), including filing of returns, GST, TDS, and related compliances.
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the society's operations and projects.
Implement effective internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making.
Supervise and guide the accounts team for smooth functioning of operations.
