Key Responsibilities
Audit & Assurance
Plan, execute, and supervise statutory, internal, and group audits.
Establish audit procedures and ensure adherence to audit standards.
Lead audit teams and review audit work papers and documentation.
Support completion and closure of audit assignments within timelines.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and review financial statements, audit reports, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Handle reconciliations and review supporting documentation for financial reporting.
Monitor statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, ROC compliances, and related filings.
Accounting & Advisory
Review accounting records and MIS reports.
Assist clients in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
Provide guidance on financial health, business performance, and compliance matters.
Support clients in implementation and strengthening of audit systems.
Management Reporting
Prepare MIS, cash flow statements, budgets, projections, and variance analyses.
Present financial analysis and business insights to management and clients.
Coordinate with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor team members.
Conduct review meetings and ensure quality delivery of assignments.
Manage multiple assignments and prioritize work effectively.
Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
Required Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
Candidates who have completed Articleship with relevant experience may also apply.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Advanced Filters, MIS Reporting).
Knowledge of IND AS, IFRS, Transfer Pricing, and Management Fee structures preferred.
Experience in preparation of financial statements and audit documentation.
Understanding of Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws.
