We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as Manager – Accounts & Commercial. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong accounting background and hands-on exposure to financial, tax, and commercial operations in a medium-sized organization.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts & Taxation:

  • Finalization of accounts for companies and individuals

  • Handling Income Tax and ROC compliance matters

• Banking & Finance:

  • Coordination with banks and financial institutions

• Regulatory Compliance:

  • Liaison with government departments such as:

    • Electricity Board

    • Directorate of Electricity

    • Pollution Control Board

    • Bureau of Indian Standards

• Commercial Operations:

  • Overseeing purchase, sales, debtor management

  • Order finalization and negotiation

🎓 Required Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience

• Age Range: 30 – 45 years
