About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our Tax team, specializing in GST. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in GST across consulting, litigation, and team leadership.
2.
Responsibilities
2.1 Litigation:
•
Preparing the draft submission required for various stages of Indirect Tax Litigations including Adjudication and all Appeals
•
Representation before the GST Authorities and Appellate Authorities
•
Representation and support in Litigation matters at various levels.
2.2 Advisory and Compliances:
•
Advice, support, and review of statutory matters related to GST
•
Preparing necessary replies to be given to clients and other stakeholders on call and on mail for their queries raised by the client
• Handling GST Returns, Annual Returns, E way Bill, E-Invoicing and other compliances
•
Preparing and reviewing various types of reconciliations
3.
Requisites:
• Sound command over Microsoft Excel, other tools of MS Office and AI
•
Thoroughly habitual to keep documents and data well organized manner
•
Reviewing the work of delegates properly
• Handling the team and get updates for routine tasks
•
Strong understanding of GST Act and its implications
•
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
•
Compact communication, writing and presentation skills.
