Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Statutory & Compliance

1. Auditor Appointment – Filing of ADT-1 (Mandatory within 30 days)

2. Filing of Commencement of Business (INC-20A) within 6 months

3. Assistance in Bank Account Opening

4. Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss A/c

5. Preparation of Audit Report

6. Filing of Income Tax Return (ITR)

7. Drafting & Preparation of Board Meeting Minutes and Annual General Meeting Minutes

8. Preparation of Director’s Report

9. Assistance in filing statutory forms – MSME-01, DPT-03, MBP-01, DIR-08

10. Acting as a Dedicated Compliance Manager

11. End-to-End Business Advisory & Support Services

12. Filing of ROC Annual Returns – AOC-4 and MGT-7A

13. Director KYC with ROC – DIR-3 KYC

14. Filing of PF & ESIC (Declaration for Non-applicability)

International Work

15. Handling International Billing, Export Invoices & Payment Reconciliation

16. Managing Foreign Exchange Transactions (FEMA Compliances)

17. Ensuring compliance with Export Documentation (Shipping Bill, Customs, GST Refunds)

18. Coordinating with banks, CHA, and international clients for smooth operations

19. Advising management on International Taxation, Transfer Pricing & Export Incentives

Requirements:

- Qualified CA / CA Inter with strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and ROC Compliances

- Prior experience in FMCG / Export Business preferred

- Knowledge of International Billing, Export Documentation, FEMA/Forex Rules

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, Accounting & ERP software

- Strong analytical, compliance, and communication skills
