Working Days: 5 Days.

We required qualify Chartered Accountant (CA). Person should have experience minimum 5 yrs Post Qualification.

➢ Finance / Accounts

1. Ensure monthly/periodical/annual financial result, monthly reports and Reporting Package (Stravis) working coordinating with Japan office.

2. Maintain company’s cash flow status, AR collection and liaison with bank for Credit limit renewal and recommendations regarding investments and cash management.

3. Quarterly/Annually management of maintenance of all of Company assets and managing physical verification of Inventory.

4. Annually Ensure the preparation of annual budget, estimation/revised budget, regular variance statements and annual audit. Prepare and maintain financial forecast (including revised budget/estimation) in consultation with management.

5. Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Ensure efficient financial monitoring and reporting (expenses/expenditures and revenues), analyzing variances for reporting to Management.

6. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all of Vendor payment transactions as per agreed terms.

7. Supervision of all banking, cash transaction, JV, Accounting entries and ensure monthly and quarterly Bank reconciliation for accuracy, controlling and correctly MIS reporting.

8. Communicate and consult with external financial auditor, internal auditor, company secretary and consultancy etc to follow compliance as per related regulatory laws.

9. Coordinating with External auditors for finalizing the books of accounts and signing off the financials.

10. Ensure proper recoding of stock and reconciliation with physical stock and report to management every quarterly for HO and all branches.

11. Review Monthly MIS report and send it to management with proper analysis and highlighting critical areas of financial reports.

12. Leading accounts team and guiding them for proper accounting, reporting, and training them to handle multi tasks to avoid hindrance in absence of any accounting staff.

ROC & Statutory Compliance:

• Maintain Company records (Certificate of Incorporation, MOA, AOA, Share Certificate, Board Meeting Minutes), files, documentation, archives etc.

• Helping Board Members with compliance advised related to Company Law or any other Law.

• Organizing Board Meeting /Annual General Meeting and maintaining of all recording of online meetings and documentary records.

• Drafting compliance Policies and Procedures for Business operations including own department policies and standard operating procedures.

• Review and ensure all taxation compliance activities in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain all legal agreements/contracts concerned for smooth business functioning.

• Help Consultant in filing Annual returns /Assets & Liabilities returns or any other ROC/RBI fillings.

• Implement J-SOX activities as operator/creator such as CLC (Company Level Check), FR-CLC (Finance) and IT-CLC.

• Handling ad-hoc projects.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
