Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and file returns for TDS and GST in compliance with statutory timelines.

• Handle payroll statutory compliance including ESI and PF contributions and filings.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP.

• Ensure timely closure of accounts and prepare financial statements.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.

• Stay updated with changes in financial laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.

• 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, and compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, ESI, PF regulations.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.

• Experience working in a manufacturing, trading, or service sector preferred.
