About the Company

Vinod K. Agarwal & Co. is a dynamic and growing firm specializing in audit, taxation, and financial advisory services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team and contribute to our audit and taxation verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit:

• Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits for clients across various industries.

• Review financial records and systems for accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.

• Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Taxation:

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.

• Manage GST compliance, including monthly/quarterly filings, reconciliations, and assessments.

• Handle TDS/TCS computation, return filing, and compliance.

• Assist in income tax and GST assessments, appeals, and representations before tax authorities.

• Keep updated with the latest changes in direct and indirect tax laws.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in audit and taxation.

• Strong knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST, and other applicable laws.

• Experience in handling audits independently or as part of a team.

• Proficiency in accounting and audit tools such as Tally, Excel, and any audit software.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Exposure to company law compliances.

• Experience working in a CA firm or consulting environment.

• Familiarity with tax planning and advisory for clients.
