Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.

• Record all financial transactions in Tally/ERP system (or applicable software).

• Prepare journal entries, ledger maintenance, and trial balances.

KPI (Key Performance Indicators):

• Accuracy of entries

• Timeliness of recording transactions

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and send reminders.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment disputes.

KPI:

• Payment cycle time

• Aging report accuracy

• Reduction in outstanding receivables

3. Bank Reconciliation

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Track and reconcile petty cash transactions.

KPI:

• Timeliness and accuracy of reconciliation

• Number of unreconciled transactions

4. Taxation & Compliance

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.

• Maintain records for audits and inspections.

KPI:

• On-time filing and payment

• Compliance adherence (zero penalties)

5. Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

KPI:

• Timely submission of reports

• Accuracy of data presented
